ANDADO works with resellers only and does not sell, service or support restaurants directly. We provide support to certified resellers. To become an ANDADO reseller one must be a certified specialist for the POS software solution provided. As an ANDADO Reseller Partner you provide support to your end-users. That covers both - the application-specific configuration and support, as well as the operating-system and or device-specific support. Our products are industry-standard devices. What makes ANDADO´s offerings specific is that they provide unique tweaks to the 802.11x implementation. As all components are industry standard, utilizing a Microsoft OS, the look touch and feel of all configuration and management elements of the handheld are very familiar to any reseller.

WideFly products are manufactured with a 1 year manufacturer´s warranty. Additional, extended warranty can be purchased for up to a 5 year total warranty period. Call or email us for information.

This is our Frequently Asked Questions area. In here, you will find the most common questions that we get asked, as well as the answers to them.

My computer doesn't turn on, what is wrong?
Make sure that the power cable is securely attached to an outlet or surge protector as well as the back of the computer. If you have the power cable attached to a surge protector, make sure that the switch is flipped to the 'on' position. If there is still no activity, try using the monitor cable for the PC. They are the same type of cable so you don't have to worry about mixing them up. Still no activity? Some computers have a wattage setting switch on the back of the computer. These are located near the plug where you put the power cable in. If your computer has this switch, toggle it to the other position. If you get no response with this, change it back to its original state.

My computer turns on, but why isn't there anything appearing on the monitor.
Most of the time when we come across this problem, it means that the data cable between the PC and the monitor isn't plugged in all of the way. This can happen even if the plug is slanted to the side just a little bit. If you have checked, and double check this connection, try hooking the monitor up to a different PC, or the PC up to a different monitor.

When my computer turns on it says there is a keyboard error, but the keyboard and mouse is plugged in, why does it do this?
This seems to be the most annoying message in the history of computers: No keyboard attached: press F1 to continue. If there is no keyboard attached, how are you supposed to press F1? Many times when you are given this error, you simply have to switch around the connections for the keyboard and mouse. Whenever touching the keyboard and mouse connections, make sure that the computer is powered off. When the computer is on, you run the risk of blowing the keyboard and mouse ports.

Warranty Information

  • WideFly products are provided with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise indicated.
  • Handheld batteries have a DOA warranty and are guaranteed to run a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Battery DOA warranty valid ONLY if RMA form is submitted within 7 days of receipt of product.
  • Warranty does not cover software.
  • Drivers for Windows CE are included. Drivers required for other Operating Systems are not available from Andado.
  • Warranty is valid only for equipment returned in its originally purchased configuration.
  • Seller is not responsible for configuration errors of non-purchased product added to the equipment.
  • An RMA number MUST be issued prior to the return of merchandise.
  • Andado reserves the right to either replace, repair, credit, refund or refuse any returned merchandise.
  • Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned merchandise which is returned within 30 days.
